Louis Vuitton seeks an HR Administrator in Paris to manage employee administration and compliance. Full-time, hybrid role requiring English and HR expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and audit employee administrative files throughout their employment lifecycle
- Process hiring procedures, employment changes, and separation documentation
- Draft and manage HR administrative documents including employment contracts, amendments, attestations, and internal correspondence
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems and maintain updated tracking records
- Prepare and transmit payroll and administrative information to relevant departments
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding personnel administration matters
- Monitor compliance with confidentiality protocols and applicable employment regulations
- Track non-compete clauses and contractual documentation compliance for the French region
- Verify contracts and amendments submitted by payroll managers for legal compliance
- Manage professional development and apprenticeship contract administration and OPCO system submissions
- Verify employment codes and translations for accuracy in management systems (META 4/My Horizon)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced expertise in Office 365 suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and internal correspondence
- Excellent analytical ability to identify and communicate personnel management constraints
- Thorough knowledge of French labor law and employment regulations
- Interpersonal skills suitable for managing interactions with a diverse, multinational workforce

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or personnel management, ideally in a multi-site or multinational corporate environment within the fashion or luxury sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; qualification in HR administration or employment law is preferred.
