Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative functions
- Assist with HR project work and implementation of partial tasks
- Maintain and update employee data and HR information systems
- Contribute to monthly HR newsletter creation and internal communications
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal company events
- Conduct research on HR-related topics and best practices
- Document and optimize HR procedures and administrative processes
Qualifications
- Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable field, or completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Human Resources Specialist)
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and independent working style with high degree of responsibility and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and professional presentation
