Louis Vuitton seeks a Human Resource Business Partner in Gurgaon, India to lead HRBP, talent acquisition and employee engagement for Retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as trusted HR advisor to the Retail leadership team, aligning people strategies with Maison and Group HR frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and early‑talent programmes to attract, select and retain retail and frontline talent.
- Design and deliver learning journeys, mentoring and succession planning, including assessment centres and internal mobility initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with integrity, ensuring compliant, fair and solution‑oriented outcomes.
- Drive employee engagement, DE&I and local CSR initiatives while anchoring LVMH Group programmes at the Maison level.
- Support organisational design, change management and transition planning to enable business evolution.
- Oversee HR operations and analytics to ensure data‑driven decisions, accuracy, compliance and high service standards.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on compensation processes, HR projects and cross‑functional HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with demonstrable HR Business Partnering responsibilities.
- Experience in retail or service industries preferred, with exposure to frontline/retail HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues and lead change with sound judgement.
- Strong communicator and influencer, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and building trust.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, including hands‑on HR Business Partnering; experience in retail or service sectors is preferred.
Education
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
