Louis Vuitton seeks an HSE Manager (RSPP) in Figline Valdarno, Italy to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across Italian operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and embed a culture of safety and environmental sustainability through innovative solutions and continuous improvement programs; support facilities in defining safety roles and responsibilities; conduct mandatory internal safety training and awareness initiatives
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and compliance of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in accordance with current legislation including D.Lgs. 81/08 and environmental protection requirements
- Ensure implementation, updating, review, and auditing of corporate HSE systems in compliance with company guidelines; manage the evolution of the HSE Management System (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001); conduct internal and external audits
- Support Management and Supervisors in procedure implementation, emergency response, occupational health surveillance in collaboration with the Occupational Physician, and training programs
- Lead and develop the distributed HSE team across multiple Italian operational units, fostering collaborative and cross-functional approaches
- Supervise documentary compliance for third-party contractors (DUVRI) and coordinate waste management and external contractor activities
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators; prepare detailed reports on injuries, near-misses, and environmental performance; investigate incidents and near-misses, conduct statistical analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvement plans
- Align Maintenance and Facilities functions to optimize operational efficiency; promote and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and process structuring
- Actively participate in the international HSE community through cross-site training and audits; support the network in identifying improvement opportunities and developing new safety culture approaches
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or technical disciplines, or specialized Master's in Health, Safety & Environment
- Complete RSPP qualification (Modules A, B, and C)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in this role, preferably within established industrial environments
- Solid command of Italian legislation on occupational health and safety and environmental protection
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English; French language skills are a strong asset
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, authority, and ability to coordinate distributed teams
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills combined with strong problem-solving orientation and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to undertake travel across Italian and international territories

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in health, safety, and environmental management roles, preferably within structured industrial settings such as manufacturing or production facilities.
Education
Degree in engineering or technical disciplines, or a specialized Master's degree in Health, Safety & Environment. Complete RSPP qualification including Modules A, B, and C is mandatory.
