Louis Vuitton seeks HSE Engineer Apprentice in Malissard, France — 1-year alternance contract starting August 2026 for environmental and safety management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze environmental and safety KPIs across the warehouse facility and participate in steering committees (COPIL)
- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification preparation and maintenance activities
- Lead cross-functional sustainability projects, including waste stream optimization and circular economy initiatives for dormant inventory
- Conduct risk assessments, maintain and update the occupational hazard register (DUERP), and communicate health, safety, and environmental policies to all staff
- Design and deliver training and awareness programs to teams on environmental and occupational safety priorities
Qualifications
- Specialized HSE qualification at Bachelor's degree level (BAC+5) or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and environmental management systems
- Proficiency with standard office and EHS software tools
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise judgment, and take initiative in a warehouse setting

Experience
Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge in industrial or logistics HSE environments are encouraged to apply; prior internship or practical laboratory experience in environmental or occupational health is valued.
Education
Specialized HSE qualification at Bachelor's degree level (BAC+5) in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a closely related discipline; concurrent enrollment in an accredited HSE program is acceptable for apprenticeship track candidates.
