Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse site HSE and environmental KPIs; prepare and present data for environmental and safety steering committees (COPIL).
- Support the preparation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification documentation and related audit processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional sustainability projects, including optimisation of internal and external logistics flows with environmental and safety objectives.
- Identify and implement solutions for responsible stock management and second‑life initiatives for dormant inventory.
- Perform risk analyses and maintain the site risk register (DUERP); coordinate HSE communications across teams.
- Design and deliver training and awareness modules to operational teams to strengthen on‑site safety and environmental culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Safety Management or equivalent.
- First professional experience in an industrial or logistics environment preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and HSE-related IT tools.
- High degree of autonomy, rigour and initiative with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor and across functions.

Experience
Early-career candidate; a first internship or short-term professional experience in industrial or logistics HSE is advantageous but not mandatory for an alternance position.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE, environmental sciences, safety engineering or a closely related discipline.
