Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HSE Manager in deploying the site's health, safety and environment programmes across the leather‑goods ateliers.
  • Implement and maintain the Document Unique (risk assessment) and track the associated corrective action plan.
  • Develop and roll out safety sheets and ensure follow‑up of internal safety audits and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification processes and related documentation.
  • Coordinate safety onboarding and training for new arrivals; animate workplace ORP (Order, Rangement, Propreté) initiatives.
  • Manage PPE (EPI) distribution and inventory, and ensure regulatory periodic inspections and verifications are recorded.
  • Participate in the environmental working group, improve waste sorting practices and maintain the waste register.
  • Monitor regulatory changes (safety and environment) and follow up on action plans to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5-level qualification in HSE (health, safety and environment) or equivalent.
  • Rigorous, organized and autonomous with an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with French regulatory frameworks including ICPE and periodic control/verification requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 14001 and an interest in ISO 45001 implementation.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking of action plans.
