Role & Responsibilities
- Assist HRBP in integrating retail stores across regions by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant data for business decision-making.
- Support the promotion and implementation of HR projects such as cultural events, employee engagement, and talent recruitment and development initiatives.
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum commitment of 3 workdays per week, with 4-5 days preferred.
- Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous internship experience in the HR field is preferred.
- Strong people sensitivity and curiosity, with agility and resilience.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and quick learner.
