Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBP in integrating retail stores across regions by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant data for business decision-making.
  • Support the promotion and implementation of HR projects such as cultural events, employee engagement, and talent recruitment and development initiatives.
  • Complete temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum commitment of 3 workdays per week, with 4-5 days preferred.
  • Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous internship experience in the HR field is preferred.
  • Strong people sensitivity and curiosity, with agility and resilience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player and quick learner.
