Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Support daily HR system operations, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing employee activities to promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written).
- Prior assistant experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal sensitivity and curiosity, with adaptability and resilience.
- Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
