Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Training & Internal Communications Manager for logistics and Client Care HR at the Cergy sites, contributing to initiatives covering Europe and global warehouse operations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the training plan: collect training needs, validate actions and support budget provisioning.
- Contribute to training budget tracking and reporting using SAP: create suppliers, process and follow invoices related to training expenditures.
- Manage training registrations with external providers and internal trainers and assemble/update training dossiers and records.
- Organise on‑site trainings: book rooms, prepare attendance sheets, welcome trainers and manage logistical details (breaks, materials).
- Animate internal communication supports by proposing themes, slogans and visual concepts and participate in the organisation of internal events (site visits, employee gatherings).
- Participate in HR development projects and ensure daily activities align with Louis Vuitton’s environmental and sustainability commitments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 (Master’s level) programme in Human Resources or equivalent (work‑study/alternance eligible)
- Previous internship or practical experience in HR, training or learning & development is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and ability to engage operational colleagues
- Rigor, analytical mindset and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Professional English proficiency is an asset

Entry‑level (débutant); previous internships or first experience in HR/training are advantageous.
