Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Training and Internal Communications for logistics and Client Care sites in the maintenance and updating of the training plan: collect training needs, validate actions and manage provisioning.
- Contribute to training budget monitoring using SAP and internal reporting tools, including creation of suppliers and invoice follow-up.
- Coordinate registrations for external and internal training sessions and maintain up-to-date training dossiers and records.
- Organize on-site internal training events: book rooms, prepare attendance sheets, welcome trainers and manage logistical details (breaks, materials).
- Assist on HR development projects and implement initiatives that support employee learning and engagement.
- Conceive and animate internal communication supports: propose themes, slogans and simple graphics and help coordinate internal events (site visits, employee events).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 level programme (Master 1 or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Prior internship or first experience in HR, training or talent development is valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organisational rigor.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; English language proficiency is an advantage.

Bac+4 level in Human Resources or related discipline (Master 1 or equivalent) — currently enrolled in an alternance programme.
