Louis Vuitton seeks HR Talent Development Advisor in Madrid for 1-year fixed-term contract. Support Mediterranean HR operations across talent development, acquisition, CSR, and communications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead Talent Reviews presentations and monitor the RISE performance campaign in collaboration with the OMR process
  • Design and deliver regional webinars and training programmes; contribute to Career Compass, Pulse Survey, and Group-wide talent initiatives
  • Partner in candidate evaluation to ensure high potential and cultural alignment; leverage data insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies
  • Champion university partnerships and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent across the Mediterranean region
  • Serve as primary contact for disability-employment subcontract partners, managing renewals, onboarding, and separations
  • Support regional CSR initiatives including disability inclusion, women's empowerment, and employee engagement programmes
  • Prepare HR communications through weekly presentations, company-wide announcements, and engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate regional and EMEA staff assignments for resort locations; monitor seasonal placements and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Manage local IT mobility systems to track employee movements, transfers, and reassignments across retail applications (NEMO, ICON, Devices)
  • Oversee benefits administration coordination across the region and support HR invoicing, financial administration, and vendor management in SAP

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a business school or university with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or retail, with at least 1 year in a similar HR advisory role
  • Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SAP systems
  • Fluent in English

Experience

Degree from a recognized business school or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
