Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Reviews presentations and RISE performance campaigns including OMR processes
  • Prepare and deliver regional RISE webinar refresher sessions and provide weekly progress recaps to managers
  • Contribute to Career Compass, Pulse Survey initiatives and broader Group-wide programs
  • Assist in candidate assessment and cultural-fit evaluation during recruitment phases
  • Conduct data analysis to support talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support employer branding activities and school/university partnership development
  • Serve as primary point of contact for disability-employment subcontract partner management including renewals and transitions
  • Coordinate regional CSR initiatives with focus on Disability Inclusion and Women's Empowerment
  • Support internal HR communications including weekly meetings, announcements, and campaign updates
  • Prepare presentations and materials for talent, CSR, and engagement-related initiatives
  • Coordinate regional and EMEA staff assignments for seasonal resort locations with ongoing monitoring and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate attendee confirmation and content delivery for HR events and training sessions
  • Manage local IT mobility systems tracking employee movements, transfers, and team reassignments via NEMO, ICON, and device management platforms
  • Coordinate benefits administration across the Mediterranean region supporting local teams with implementation and communication
  • Support HR invoicing and financial administration including vendor creation, SAP purchase order management, payment tracking, and monthly financial closings
  • Drive vendor management and financial compliance through regular communication with external partners

Qualifications

  • University or business school degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar HR or talent development role within retail or HR departments
  • Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law (mandatory requirement)
  • Fluent English proficiency
