Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements; screen CVs and manage candidate selection interviews
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct multi-channel active recruitment and screening to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners
- Coordinate and support training and development program initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities or economics
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and results-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources functions, encompassing recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities or economics. Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Venice, Veneto, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
