Louis Vuitton HR Specialist position in Venice, Italy. Recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements and conduct candidate screening and interview management
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment cycle
- Execute multi-channel active recruitment and review applications to identify candidates aligned with role requirements
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners
- Coordinate and manage activities related to training and development programs
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in humanities or economics
- Master's degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of French (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
- Results-oriented mindset

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management and recruitment operations.
Education
University degree, preferably in humanities or economics; Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
