Louis Vuitton seeks HR Projects Coordinator for talent development in Paris; 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate enrollment, preparation, and execution of training seminars and managerial development sessions across EMEA for both in-person and remote formats
- Manage logistical operations and LMS registration for talent development and management training programs
- Serve as primary liaison between HR departments across nine EMEA regions to ensure program continuity and stakeholder alignment
- Actively engage the HR community on talent development initiatives and maintain related tools and programs
- Support implementation of enterprise talent development initiatives, including talent mobility coordination and next-generation talent programs
- Contribute to the design and execution of key projects, particularly the mentoring program, and facilitate ongoing HR community engagement across EMEA
- Provide administrative support and project coordination support across evolving talent development initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail competencies
- Prior experience in a human resources environment
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multi-stakeholder and multicultural interactions
- Service-oriented mindset with customer-focused approach
- Creative problem-solving capability and ability to drive continuous improvement
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in human resources or talent management required. Prior exposure to HR processes, training coordination, or talent development initiatives is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or having completed a post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
