Louis Vuitton seeks an HR Projects Assistant to support the EMEA Human Resources team across employee development initiatives and regional collaborations. The role encompasses program management for employee development, data reporting and analysis, and support for the Louis Campus learning platform. The successful candidate will work across retail populations and regional headquarters, contributing to talent mobility, performance evaluation, and manager development programs while fostering communication and transparency across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of employee and talent development programs across EMEA retail and regional headquarters, including Next Gen programs, career pathways, and performance evaluation initiatives
• Contribute to the promotion and animation of the HORIZONS Retail community, a development program for emerging retail managers
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze training data; produce dashboards and guidelines for regional HR teams
• Support the Louis Campus Learning Management System by promoting platform adoption and animating the stakeholder community
• Manage logistics for training organization, including participant invitations, catering orders, and event coordination
• Facilitate internal mobility opportunities across the LVMH Group and maintain expertise community data
• Foster transparency, support, and communication with employees regarding development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Experience in a similar HR or people development function (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder and cross-cultural environments

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field
