Role & Responsibilities
- Support EMEA HR teams in the use of SIRH tools through first-line support, user training and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to the development and configuration of HR tools (reporting, forms, new features) according to business needs.
- Ensure HR data reliability and contribute to data valorisation to inform decision-making and reporting.
- Animate the HR community by sharing digital best practices and promoting user adoption across regions.
- Map and optimise employee journeys (onboarding, internal mobility, learning) by proposing digital solutions and removing user pain points.
- Participate in People Solutions projects (Learning, ATS, careers site) with a user-centred approach and contribute to cross‑functional EMEA HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in HR, business, data, digital or a related field.
- Strong organisation, rigor and a service-oriented mindset with a user-centric approach to problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease interacting with multicultural stakeholders across the EMEA region.
- Curiosity and proactivity with an interest in digital HR tools, HR data and process optimisation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); professional working proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new HR systems and digital platforms.

Entry-level — suitable for students seeking an alternance (work-study) placement. No prior professional HR experience is required; previous internship or project work in HR, digital or data is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business, Digital, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
