Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month HR Project Assistant internship in Learning & Development, January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and coordinate the design and execution of employee workshops, team-building events, and collaborative initiatives from needs assessment through deployment, including content creation, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and logistics management
  • Oversee and monitor HR development initiatives, including talent pipeline maintenance, creation and updating of internal presentation materials and guides
  • Serve as a key contributor in designing and rolling out major HR projects, including career and development events, mobility initiatives, learning community engagement, and talent pathway programs
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure effective deployment of HR programs and initiatives to employees
  • Track and measure key HR metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and impact
  • Produce diverse internal communications including articles, infographics, newsletters, and support the coordination of filmed interviews for Career Series and related content

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a business school equivalent program
  • Demonstrated previous professional experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or work placement in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of luxury industry standards, values, and client expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset
  • Genuine passion for learning, professional development, and HR innovation trends

Experience

Entry-level with foundational professional exposure through previous internship or work placement; prior HR or project management experience is advantageous but not required.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent from a recognized business school or university.
