Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month HR internship supporting employee engagement and performance management initiatives, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of key HR initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys, integrate stakeholder input, and support data analysis and communication
- Prepare and align all stakeholders for the annual performance management campaign
- Create communications materials, presentations, and reports to communicate project updates and information to stakeholders
- Coordinate global initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders across different regions
- Conduct data analysis to measure project impact and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively identify and propose improvements based on feedback received regarding HR projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a university, business school, or IAE
- Experience in a similar HR role within an international environment, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis capabilities
