Louis Vuitton: HR Project Assistant in Engagement & Performance apprenticeship in Paris; Sept 2026, 1-2 years.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of key HR initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology across international teams
- Assist in designing and executing employee experience initiatives that empower and engage talent
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys, managing stakeholder integration, communications strategy, and data analysis
- Prepare and align stakeholders for annual performance management campaigns
- Develop communication materials, presentations, and reports to convey project updates and findings to key stakeholders
- Coordinate global initiatives while ensuring regional alignment with geographically dispersed teams
- Conduct data analysis to measure project impact and identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify and communicate feedback and insights from HR project activities to management
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a university, IAE, or business school
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable HR role within a luxury, hospitality, or multinational corporate environment preferred
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into coherent narratives
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); comfortable operating within a French organizational context
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in an international HR environment, particularly within luxury or hospitality sectors, is advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline from a recognized university, IAE, or école de commerce.
