Louis Vuitton – Geneva: HR Operations Specialist (Full-time). Support Central Europe payroll, HR administration and reporting from the Geneva head office.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Operations Manager for Central Europe (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic) on day-to-day HR administration and payroll-related activities.
- Manage employee administrative lifecycle processes: data entry in the HR system, work permit applications and renewals (via external payroll provider), onboarding and departures formalities.
- Administer absences, maternity-related formalities, insurance declarations and maintain HR databases in coordination with the payroll provider.
- Oversee monthly payroll operations executed through an external payroll provider; check and follow up payroll interfaces and accounting files to ensure data accuracy.
- Support social insurance, tax and pension fund contributions accuracy, and assist with benefit analysis and month‑end accruals and year‑end closing activities.
- Assist in preparation and reconciliation of annual salary increases and bonus calculations.
- Prepare monthly and annual HR statistical reports and support the annual HR budget preparation.
- Coordinate HR data and communications with internal teams and stores (payroll inputs, payslip platforms, staff sales, time management).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience, ideally 3–5 years with payroll exposure in an HR or accounting role.
- Fluent in English and French; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset, flexibility and intellectual curiosity.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR operations, payroll administration or an HR/accounting role; experience working with external payroll providers and across multiple countries is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
