Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify developmental needs and execute succession planning for high-potential individuals
• Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions using internal platforms
• Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increase programs
• Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned with business objectives
• Interpret and implement HR policies while providing strategic leadership in resolving employee relations issues
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns in collaboration with the corporate HR team
• Serve as key liaison to corporate HR on leave requests, worker's compensation, benefits, and payroll matters
• Support travel to regional markets in Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR management experience
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational and time management abilities
• High discretion, sound judgment, and ability to maintain ethical standards
• Ability to travel to support regional markets
• Emotional intelligence and commercial mindset

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of Human Resources management experience, with demonstrated success in employee development, performance management, and employee relations within a retail or multi-unit environment. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment law is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional HR experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
