Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify developmental needs and execute succession planning for high-potential individuals
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions using internal platforms
  • Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increase programs
  • Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback aligned with business objectives
  • Interpret and implement HR policies while providing strategic leadership in resolving employee relations issues
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns in collaboration with the corporate HR team
  • Serve as key liaison to corporate HR on leave requests, worker's compensation, benefits, and payroll matters
  • Support travel to regional markets in Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee as needed

Qualifications
