Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources Business Partner in consolidating and coordinating retail HR functions across regional store networks through systematic data collection, organization, and analytical reporting to inform business decisions
- Assist in the promotion and implementation of HR-led initiatives including organizational culture events, employee engagement programmes, talent recruitment campaigns, and professional development activities
- Execute additional assignments as directed by the Human Resources Business Partner to ensure timely delivery and maintain high quality standards across all ad-hoc project work
Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Minimum commitment of six months
- Availability for minimum three working days per week (four to five days preferred)
- Strong interpersonal sensitivity and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated agility and resilience in dynamic environments
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
- Collaborative team player with rapid learning capacity
- Experience in video editing and social media management (preferred)

Previous internship experience in the human resources field is preferred; no formal professional experience required for entry-level internship consideration.
