Louis Vuitton HR Intern in Shenyang, China. Support HRBP with regional retail HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the HRBP in integrating retail stores across regions by collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to support business decision-making
- Support the promotion and implementation of HR initiatives including culture events, employee engagement programs, talent recruitment, and professional development activities
- Complete project-based and ad hoc tasks assigned by the HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Contribute to HR communications and internal campaigns, including content creation and social media support where applicable
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship with 3–4 days per week availability
- Prior internship experience in human resources is preferred
- Proficiency in video editing and social media platform operations is a plus

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though prior HR internship experience is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Shenyang, Liaoning, China.
