Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate communication, while maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations of the HR system, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Design and execute employee activities to foster a positive company culture, develop creative content, including copywriting and poster design, to promote events and initiatives.
- Coordinate and follow up on office training arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 work days per week commitment for at least 6 months.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and quick learner.
