HR Intern specialising in recruitment at Louis Vuitton Munich. Support talent acquisition, interview coordination, and HR projects for 6–12 months from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the complete recruitment lifecycle including candidate screening, communication with applicants, and liaison with external recruitment partners
- Draft and distribute job postings across multiple recruitment channels
- Autonomously coordinate telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Contribute to improving candidate experience and optimising recruitment processes
- Provide conceptual support for diverse HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Initial practical HR experience, preferably in recruitment
- Meticulous, well-organised, and structured working approach
- Absolute reliability and discretion
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- French language skills advantageous
