Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition processes, managing recruitment for Client Advisors and head office interns, and tracking their development.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal HR communications and develop new communication initiatives.
  • Support the organization of training programs, including liaising with suppliers, managing delegate registrations, and handling logistics.
  • Draft official employee documents, maintain accurate HR systems, and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating various HR projects, such as internal communication events, employer branding initiatives, and salary reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Passion for HR and a strong interest in retail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in digital tools and systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently while fostering a strong team spirit.

Experience

Beginner level experience, ideally with prior internship exposure in HR.

Education

Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
