Louis Vuitton — HR Intern (Kuala Lumpur, On-site): support People & Culture in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and maintaining a continuous talent pipeline.
- Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner with leadership coaching logistics and the distribution of performance-management tools.
- Prepare and coordinate internal HR communications and change-management materials for people initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and internal policies.
- Contribute to people development projects such as competency mapping, development plan creation, and learning logistics.
- Support employee engagement and culture programs including team-building activities and engagement surveys.
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support by guiding employees through standard HR processes and Group policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally across functions and levels.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and an ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment, or people development is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
