Role & Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and maintaining a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner with leadership coaching logistics and the distribution of performance-management tools.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal HR communications and change-management materials for people initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and internal policies.
  • Contribute to people development projects such as competency mapping, development plan creation, and learning logistics.
  • Support employee engagement and culture programs including team-building activities and engagement surveys.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support by guiding employees through standard HR processes and Group policies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally across functions and levels.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and an ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment, or people development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
