HR Intern at Louis Vuitton Brussels—6–12 month internship starting January 2027. Support retail HR operations across eight countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support to HR Business Partners across eight countries
- Execute In & Out staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processing
- Manage HRIS and database administration tasks
- Contribute to corporate HR reporting and analytics
- Facilitate internal and external HR communications
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR management systems and tools
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline management
Skills
Experience
No prior professional HR experience required; entry-level or recent graduate candidates welcome. Knowledge of retail operations is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Must provide internship convention from accredited university.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
