Louis Vuitton HR Generalist in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy. Temporary full-time position supporting HR operations at Level 4S.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support payroll administration activities including time and attendance tracking, data collection, and liaison with payroll/finance providers to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing
- Provide support for general facility and HR administrative services such as office management and general facility services
- Assist the HR Manager with staffing requirements for new positions and replacements by supporting the recruitment process
- Organize comprehensive induction programs for new employees and monitor probation periods
- Coordinate with training and development functions to deliver training programs at the local level
- Maintain and update HR files and databases, generating reports to track HR activities, processes, and compliance with Company and Group policies
Qualifications
- Master's Degree, preferably in HR or Organization Management
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR tools and software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating proficiency in payroll administration, recruitment support, employee onboarding, and HR compliance processes.
Education
Master's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organization Management, or a related field.
