Louis Vuitton Munich seeks HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, and talent management across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support holistic advisory and guidance of store managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including labor law and employee relations
  • Handle employee-related cases such as performance issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support all activities across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit
  • Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility programs
  • Support performance management processes, career development, and training initiatives in collaboration with HR teams
  • Conduct retention and exit interviews and analyze HR KPIs and reports to derive actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
  • Participate in HR projects and support implementation of actions derived from employee engagement surveys
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR documentation, and reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities including job postings and candidate selection
  • Conduct store visits as required to collaborate with retail teams

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of German labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
