HR Generalist at Louis Vuitton Munich – head office HR role supporting employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support holistic advisory and guidance of store managers and employees on all HR-related topics, including labor law matters and employee relations
- Assist in handling employee-related cases such as performance issues, conflict situations, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism
- Support all activities across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding
- Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility programs
- Support performance management processes, career development, and training initiatives in collaboration with HR and Training teams
- Conduct retention and exit interviews and analyze HR key performance indicators and reports for actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
- Participate in HR projects and support implementation of actions derived from employee engagement surveys
- Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR documents, and reports in close collaboration with the HR team
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities including job postings, candidate selection, and interviews
- Conduct store visits to collaborate closely with retail teams as required
Qualifications
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of German labor law and HR compliance frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Project management capability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Career entry level or early career HR professional with foundational knowledge of HR practices and German employment law.
Education
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or vocational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline.
