Role & Responsibilities

  • Support holistic advisory and guidance of store managers and employees on all HR-related topics, including labor law matters and employee relations
  • Assist in handling employee-related cases such as performance issues, conflict situations, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support all activities across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding
  • Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility programs
  • Support performance management processes, career development, and training initiatives in collaboration with HR and Training teams
  • Conduct retention and exit interviews and analyze HR key performance indicators and reports for actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
  • Participate in HR projects and support implementation of actions derived from employee engagement surveys
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR documents, and reports in close collaboration with the HR team
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities including job postings, candidate selection, and interviews
  • Conduct store visits to collaborate closely with retail teams as required

Qualifications

  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of German labor law and HR compliance frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Project management capability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
