HR Generalist Intern at Louis Vuitton Italy, Milan — 6-month curricular internship supporting HR operations and talent acquisition in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes for Client Advisors and head office interns in collaboration with HR Business Partners, managing the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Serve as primary contact for HR-related internal communications and develop new communication initiatives to engage the Italian store network
- Coordinate the organization and logistics of training programmes, including supplier engagement and delegate registration
- Draft and maintain official HR documentation including employment contracts, letters of assignment, and employee records; ensure HR systems remain accurate and current
- Provide cross-functional support on HR projects including internal events, employer branding initiatives, and salary reviews
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics (Master's degree in HR preferred)
- Previous internship experience in HR (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Demonstrated passion for HR and genuine interest in luxury retail operations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail

Beginner; previous HR internship experience preferred but not required. Candidates at entry level with demonstrated HR interest will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics required. Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
