Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
  • Administer 360-degree people solutions, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll flow, and learning.
  • Manage HRIS databases effectively.
  • Assist in HR reporting tasks.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.

Skills

Strong command of English; additional local language skills (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) are advantageous. Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
