Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned business areas and seniority levels, from needs identification to candidate integration.
- Oversee and provide operational support for the temporary/interim workforce.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programmes and strategic initiatives for headquarters employees (training plans, career management, HR analytics, engagement actions).
- Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and operational support to HR Business Partners and line managers.
- Coordinate and execute corporate events for the headquarters, from concept to operational delivery.
- Develop and animate internal digital communication: draft content, publish announcements and promote internal mobility and assignment opportunities.
- Collaborate on ad hoc HR projects and contribute proposals for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university or equivalent with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- Organised, responsive and motivated with a strong service orientation and client focus.
- First internship or professional experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative, proactive and inclined toward continuous improvement.
