Louis Vuitton internship opportunity in Paris: HR Development Projects Assistant, 6-month full-time role supporting Learning & Development initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently pilot and coordinate the implementation of workshops, team-building events, and employee engagement activities from needs analysis through content creation, external vendor coordination, and final deployment
  • Drive and monitor HR development initiatives including talent pool management, internal presentation materials creation, and supporting documentation updates
  • Serve as a key contributor in designing and deploying major HR projects including Career Development Week, mobility initiatives, Learning community animation, and talent development pathways
  • Coordinate across departments to support project deployment and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Track and analyse key HR performance indicators to measure initiative effectiveness and impact
  • Produce varied internal communications including articles, infographics, newsletters, filmed interviews for the Career Series project, and related content

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
  • Prior professional experience through internship or work-study programme in a business environment
  • Prior HR or project management experience preferred
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the luxury sector and its core values
