Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of HR development programs including Next Gen initiatives, retail career pathways, and performance evaluation systems
• Contribute to the HORIZONS Retail community development program, promoting advancement opportunities for future retail managers
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze training data including participation rates and program metrics; develop dashboards and guidelines for regional teams
• Administer the Louis Campus Learning Management System (LMS), including logistics coordination for training sessions, participant invitations, and catering arrangements
• Support internal communications and promotion of development opportunities across EMEA retail and headquarters locations
• Facilitate employee mobility initiatives and maintain expert community engagement across the EMEA zone
• Enhance transparency and communication regarding employee development pathways and career progression

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and client-oriented mindset
• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in HR development, talent management, and organizational development
