Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month HR Development Projects Assistant internship supporting EMEA talent development and learning initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the implementation of HR development programs including Next Gen initiatives, retail career pathways, and performance evaluation systems
- Contribute to the HORIZONS Retail community development program, promoting advancement opportunities for future retail managers
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze training data including participation rates and program metrics; develop dashboards and guidelines for regional teams
- Administer the Louis Campus Learning Management System (LMS), including logistics coordination for training sessions, participant invitations, and catering arrangements
- Support internal communications and promotion of development opportunities across EMEA retail and headquarters locations
- Facilitate employee mobility initiatives and maintain expert community engagement across the EMEA zone
- Enhance transparency and communication regarding employee development pathways and career progression
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail

- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
