Louis Vuitton internship: 6-month HR Development Projects Assistant role in Paris. Support talent development and learning initiatives across EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate HR development programmes targeting Retail and Regional Headquarters populations, including Next Generation initiatives, Retail career pathways, and performance evaluation frameworks
- Drive promotion and engagement of the HORIZONS Retail community—a leadership development programme for emerging Retail managers
- Extract, consolidate, and analyse training data, including participation rates and programme tracking, to produce dashboards and operational guidelines for regional teams
- Support the deployment and user engagement of the Louis Campus Learning Management System across the EMEA region
- Provide logistical support for training events, including participant invitations, catering coordination, and attendee reception
- Foster and animate the intern and apprenticeship community across EMEA headquarters and regional offices
- Contribute to internal mobility initiatives and expert community development across the LVMH Group
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural audiences
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethos
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar HR function or internship

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though foundational exposure to HR, talent development, or administrative functions is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
