Louis Vuitton Paris internship: HR Development Projects Assistant, 6-month full-time role in Learning & Development team, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Autonomously lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee workshops, team-building events, and collaborative initiatives from needs assessment through content creation, vendor management, and deployment
- Oversee HR development initiatives including talent pool maintenance, presentation collateral creation, and internal guide development
- Serve as key contributor in the design and rollout of major HR projects, including career development events (Career Development Week), mobility programming, learning community engagement, and talent pathway implementation
- Coordinate across departments to ensure effective program deployment to the broader workforce
- Track key HR performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and impact
- Develop internal communications including articles, infographics, newsletters, filmed interviews for the Career Series project, and related materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications studies at a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated interest in luxury sector dynamics, emphasizing excellence, attention to detail, discretion, creativity, and teamwork
- Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and awareness of HR and training innovations
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with excellent synthesis skills
- Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and spoken)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Skills
Experience
First internship or apprenticeship experience within a professional organization; prior HR or project management experience is a distinct advantage but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent discipline at a business school or university.
