Louis Vuitton seeks an HR Development Project Assistant intern in Paris for 6 months starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of workshops, team-building activities, and collaborative events from needs assessment through operational management and deployment
  • Manage and monitor HR development initiatives including talent pool maintenance, internal presentation materials, and development guides
  • Serve as a key contributor to the design and rollout of major HR projects including the Career Development Week, mobility initiatives, Learning community engagement, and talent pathway programs
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and support the deployment of employee development actions across the organization
  • Track and report on key HR indicators to measure program effectiveness and impact
  • Develop internal communications materials including articles, infographics, newsletters, and support video interviews and Career Series content

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, business school, or equivalent program
  • Sensitivity to and genuine interest in the luxury goods sector and its standards of excellence
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Passion for professional development, continuous learning, and emerging HR and training innovations
  • Fluent written and spoken French
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Experience
