Louis Vuitton: 6-month HR Development Project Assistant Intern in Paris, January 2027. Learning & Development focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the autonomous implementation of workshops, team-building activities, and employee events from needs assessment through content creation, vendor management, and deployment
- Pilot and monitor HR development initiatives including talent pool management and creation of internal presentation materials and guidelines
- Serve as a key contributor to the design and rollout of major HR projects, including Career Development Week and employee mobility initiatives
- Coordinate across departments and support the deployment of programs to the broader employee population
- Track and analyze key HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact
- Create varied internal communications including articles, infographics, newsletters, and coordinate filmed interviews for the Career Series project
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, business school, or equivalent programme
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) and fluent English
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the luxury sector and its core competencies: excellence, attention to detail, discretion, creativity, and strong teamwork

Entry-level; first internship or apprenticeship experience required. Prior experience in HR or project management is a plus. Strong curiosity about HR trends, learning innovation, and professional development.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, business school, or equivalent university programme.
