Louis Vuitton HR Data Transformation Intern in New York – September–December 2026, $20–$25/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into people data and organizational insights
- Partner with the Client Services team to execute a comprehensive data capstone project, translating operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions
- Clean, transform, and analyze large-scale HR datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to support continuous process improvements
- Assist in architecting and maintaining robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load complex employee and business data
- Automate manual reporting workflows and optimize existing data processing scripts to enhance organizational efficiency and data integrity
- Conduct exploratory data analysis on large HR datasets to uncover actionable workforce trends
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners and Client Services leadership to define analytical requirements for strategic initiatives
- Design and deliver the end-to-end Client Services capstone analytics project, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling narratives and visual presentations for non-technical audiences
- Assist in exploring and implementing emerging AI initiatives that support HR transformation and workforce insights
Qualifications
- Strong interest in HR data, business intelligence, people analytics, or HR technology within a luxury retail environment
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
- Strong technical capability in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel modeling, including Power Query, complex lookups, or VBA
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams

Experience
Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, HR technology, or related project-based work. Beginner-level experience acceptable for recent graduates pursuing or having completed degrees in related fields.
Education
Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in a related field of study (data science, business analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or equivalent discipline).
