Louis Vuitton — Paris: HR Data Product Owner to lead HR data governance and People Solutions analytics products (Power BI, GCP, SQL).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and document HR data definitions, business rules and a data catalogue to support consistent HR reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, harmonise HR indicators and identify / resolve issues of data availability or integrity.
  • Operate as product owner for HR data products: run requirements workshops, translate needs into functional specifications and manage product backlogs.
  • Design user-centred prototypes, dashboards and Power BI reports; prepare and pilot functional acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate project delivery: track progress, manage alerts, define action plans and prepare steering committee materials.
  • Support rollout and adoption: produce documentation, deliver training, collect user feedback and measure product usage and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with People Solutions, central and international HR teams, SIRH/TECH partners and external vendors to cultivate a data-driven HR culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Data Product Owner, Data Business Analyst, Data Product Manager or equivalent, ideally in an international environment with HR/SIRH exposure.
  • Proven track record of driving end-to-end data products or analytics projects and linking business needs with governance and technical constraints.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills; methodical, organised and proactively solution-oriented.
  • Experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics strongly preferred; familiarity with SIRH landscapes (SAP SuccessFactors an asset).

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in data product ownership, product management or business analysis applied to data/analytics projects, preferably within HR, HRIS or people analytics contexts and in international organisations.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Human Resources, Economics or similar). Advanced degree or specialised training in analytics/HR analytics is an advantage.
