Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse and interpret HR and workforce data across the Manufacturing & Supply Chain perimeter to support global reporting.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports using Excel and Power BI to communicate KPIs and trends to stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns and insights to inform operational and people‑related decisions; translate findings into concise, visual reports.
  • Develop and propose shared monitoring tools; diagnose existing systems and recommend improvements for harmonised data follow‑up.
  • Promote data literacy across stakeholder groups and support diffusion of a data‑driven culture within the department.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school, business school or master's program in data analysis, management control, HR control or equivalent.
  • Proven proficiency with data analysis tools, notably Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical capacity, autonomy, rigor and sensitivity to confidentiality.
