Role & Responsibilities
- Support the People Data team (Compensation & Benefits) in preparing and monitoring budgets by analysing headcount and associated payroll costs, combining HR, payroll and accounting data.
- Provide analytical support to local and regional HR teams to help them interpret People data and make evidence-based decisions (salary mass analysis, package composition, gender equity, pay transparency directives, NAO impacts).
- Test and validate HR indicator formulas to ensure reliability and coherence during budgeting cycles and when creating new KPIs.
- Contribute to the production of Group and statutory HR reports and indicators (monthly/annual reports, headcount monitoring, turnover, absenteeism rates, age and seniority pyramids, promotions, transfers and mobility).
- Animate and support the international HR community to guarantee consistency and understanding of HR indicators across the Maison (control, analyse and synthesize quantitative social data).
- Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive HR data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics or a closely related discipline.
- Ideally one prior internship or work-study experience in HR or management control.
- Advanced command of Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, rigour and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for interacting with international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling personnel data.
- Proactive, curious and well organised.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory given the international scope.

Entry-level — candidate must be a Master’s-level student (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field. A previous internship in HR or management control is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree (in progress) in Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics or equivalent.
