Louis Vuitton — HR Compensation & Benefits Intern in Milan. 6-month curricular internship, €750 monthly reimbursement, hybrid work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and data cleaning in the MYHORIZON HR portal (SAP).
- Prepare and maintain HR reports (e.g., Law 104 tracking, hires and terminations, internal mobility, smart working monitoring).
- Independently manage and update organisational charts.
- Support onboarding: collect new-hire documentation, populate payroll-related information and create employee records in SAP.
- Maintain digital and paper HR archives.
- Assist with administration of employee benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, life and health insurance portals and company car fleet.
- Support administrative HR cases including maternity, workplace injuries and monthly payroll variables.
- Liaise with C&B vendors: prepare POs, manage documentation and supplier contacts.
- Draft and dispatch internal communications and create internal presentations.
- Support management of company agreements and ad hoc HR projects.
Qualifications
- Eligible for a curricular internship via current academic programme (required).
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in humanities, economics, business or related fields; a Master’s in HR is a plus.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Proactive attitude and strong team-working disposition.

Beginner level — suitable for a student or recent graduate seeking a curricular internship with limited prior professional experience; hands-on exposure to HR administration and compensation & benefits processes.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, business or similar; Master’s in HR or specialised HR training considered a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 750 per month.
