Louis Vuitton HR Communication & Project Apprenticeship in Paris — support internal initiatives and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy cross-functional HR network initiatives including internal talent programs and events, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Create and manage internal communication content and supporting materials to highlight HR initiatives, celebrate new arrivals, and communicate programs and events across the network
- Design clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for project proposals, outcomes reporting, and organizational learning
- Prepare, conduct, and analyze employee feedback surveys; consolidate data and translate findings into actionable, shareable insights
- Manage operational and logistical dimensions of HR projects including scheduling, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder liaison to ensure successful delivery
- Provide cross-functional support to the broader HR France team on coordination, communication, and content production initiatives

- Background in communication, marketing, or project management studies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
